We strive for perfection with our VisionSites, but we know that occassionally you may encounter some issues using our product. We've tried to answer a few common troubleshooting questions here. If the issue you are experiencing is not addressed, please contact us for a resolution.

  1. My VisionSite is blank, what's wrong?
    Since VisionSites are driven by a database, your VisionSite page (or link) must have something like this in the Address Bar:

    http://www.castyourvision.net/vision_sites/templates/basic/index.php?userid=blue
    Your VisionSite should have your userid at the end (instead of 'blue'). Simply add your userid to the end of the link and it should work.

    If this was the problem, please notify us of a bad link, so we can correct it.

  2. My VisionSite is not showing my images, what's wrong?
    Most likely, if your images are not appearing, the images have not been properly prepared to work with your VisionSite. Please make sure that the image you uploaded has a (.jpg) on the end of it. Any other image format (.gif, .tif, .png, .psd, etc.) will NOT work.

    Also, make sure you image is not too large! Your image should be close to 180x120, and ideally should be under 30k. Since your VisionSite is loaded dynamically from our server, how fast your images load may depend on the speed of your connection to the internet. VisionSites are not optimized to run on a connection under 56k.

  3. I can't get my VisionSite to run in my own website?
    Your VisionSite requires a small snippet of code to make it work in your browser, which requires your viewers to have Flash 7 installed. The best thing to do is contact us and let us make sure the code you have is properly formatted. There will be no charge for this service, and we should be able to solve your problem quickly.
