1. Who uses CastYourVision, and how do they use it?
   VisionSites are designed for anyone who is looking for a unique way to present their vision, so that you can raise funds and 'raise people'. Here are a few unique ways to use a VisionSite:
   
   - Raising funds for mission trips, church planting and other ministries
   - Digital Resumes
   - Presenting campus ministries to students
   
   
2. Can I have my own domain name?
   YES! Your VisionSite will appear at your own domain name. You need to first secure a domain name, or ask us to do it for you. We encourage to search for available domain names at a registrar like www.godaddy.com.
   
   
3. What do I get with my VisionSite package?
   You will have access to our interactive site builder for one full year. You can make changes as often as you like in this period. You will receive space on our server to 'host' your VisionSite during that year, and you will be provided with the proper links/codes to share your VisionSite with others. You'll have access to our templates, and a collection of sounds and images. If you want to continue modifying your VisionSite after one year, you will need to pay for an additional year of service.
   
   *Technical users:
   VisionSites do not include Flash source files (.fla).
   
   
4. Can I modify my VisionSite by myself?
   Of course. Our powerful online system allows you to dynamically make all the changes you would like - and you don't need to learn any additional skills. Your membership fee allows you to make changes to your VisionSite for one full year, as often as you like! No additional software is needed.
   
   
5. Can I use my own images and sounds?
   The short answer is YES. But, there are a few things that you MUST do to optimize your sounds and images for use in your VisionSite.
   
   Images:
   Unless otherwise noted, images need to be saved as JPGs and should be 180 x 120 pixels .
   
   Sounds:
   We will be glad to customize a project for you with your own sound. Please
   contact us for more information. You must secure the legal right to use a clip.
   
   
6. Do you provide 'hosting' for my VisionSite?
   Yes, VisionSites are tied to an online database, and your annual subscription pays for the hosting of your VisionSite. There are no additional fees for this service.

1. How do I pay for my VisionSite?
   You can pay for our services online using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard). You'll receive immediate access to our site builder so you can get started. We use secure payment services to process your cards, so you can be assured that your privacy will be honored.
   
   
2. How do I know that my payment is secure?
   CastYourVision is committed to providing you a safe environment to purchase our services. We have invested in our own secure certificate from GeoTrust, and use the trusted payment gateway Authorize.Net to process our transactions. Our payment processes occur on our SSL secured server, which can be verified with the 'padlock' at the bottom of our payment screens. We will not sell, rent or otherwise share your information with anyone.
   
   
3. What if I don't like my VisionSite?
   First - ask us if we can help you get it the way you do like it. If you still aren't satisfied, we'll give your money back. It's that simple. We offer a quality product, and we expect you to be happy with our services. If you aren't, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
   
   If you decide to purchase, and still aren't happy, we'll refund your money within the first thirty days.
