At CastYourVision we 'practice what we preach' - this site is the expression of a personal vision. It began with a desire for us to present our vision for planting a new church - and it has grown into an equipping ministry for us to help others share their vision online!

In 1997 Paul Fleming launched Ministry Tech and began developing web sites for churches, and small businesses. The passion to use technology for ministry has only grown since those early days. Paul served as "e-Solutions Manager" for a major non-profit organization in Dallas for several years and launched dozens of web initiatives for the Christian community during that time.

Ministry Tech also offers clients www.UniqueGiving.com to help raise funds online. Unique Giving allows church planters to receive donations online in a professional manner and is serving over 50 church plants throughout the country.

Paul is a graduate (ThM) of Dallas Theological Seminary. In 2005, the Flemings moved to Hillsboro, Oregon (Portland) to start Westport Church with a team of leaders.
