At CastYourVision we 'practice what we preach' - this site is the expression of a personal vision. It began with a desire for us to present our vision for starting a new church - and it has grown into a business for us to help others share their vision online!

In 1997 Paul Fleming launched Ministry Tech and began developing web sites for churches, and small businesses. The passion to use technology for ministry has only grown since those early days. Paul served as "e-Solutions Manager" for a major non-profit organization in Dallas for several years and launched dozens of web initiatives for the Christian community during that time.

Ministry Tech also offers clients www.UniqueGiving.com to help raise funds online in a unique and efficient way. Unique Giving allows donors to give online in a professional manner and is serving over 50 church plants throughout the country
