CastYourVision began with a desire to present a vision for starting a new church - and it has grown into a consulting practice that helps leaders inspire their followers!

In 1997 Paul Fleming launched Ministry Tech and began developing web sites for churches, and small businesses. The passion to use technology for ministry has only grown since those early days.

From 2001 - 2004, Paul served as "e-Solutions Manager" for a major non-profit organization in Dallas and launched

dozens of web initiatives for the Christian community during that time.

In 2003, Paul launched www.CastYourVision.net as a visionary resource for startup leaders.  Since that time over 180 leaders have been assisted by Paul's tools.

In 2005, Paul launched www.UniqueGiving.com, which has helped dozens of organizations raise over $1 million dolllars for their causes.

From 2005-2010, Paul also launched Westport Church -  a healthy, growing and sustainable church outside of Portland.

In 2010, Paul launched www.LeadershipBin.com (BETA) to help leaders resource each other through collaboration.

Today, Paul serves a large church in Dallas as Communications Pastor, and is dreaming of new ways to help high capacity network leaders resource and inspire the leaders within their networks.
